Online Christmas Cookery Course Part 1 & Part 2 by Kevin Dundon In two parts starting on Monday 16th November - learn how too take the stress out of Christmas. From to bake the perfect Christmas cake and pudding, whip up a delicious brandy butter, cranberry sauce and much much more. This seven day course with daily tutorials and recipes will have you well prepared for your family Christmas feast.  A downloadable PDF of all the recipes will be available and you can access the full course content at the time of your choice.  Also included are two live cook alongs at 7pm Tuesday and Thursday evening Irish time. 

Part 2 takes place from Monday 7th December where Kevin will share all his chef secrets in making sure you'll know how to prepare a delicious and moist turkey, glazed ham, different stuffings, braised red cabbage, traditional and new idea treats & desserts and will follow the  same 7 day format as part 1 with the 2 live cookalongs too.
