With Celebrity TV Chef Kevin Dundon as one of the operators it is no wonder that dining is a big deal here. The award-winning restaurant The Harvest Room is less of a hotel dining room and much more of a stylish, atmospheric restaurant. The 2026 Dunbrody Wine List offers an approachable selection from around the world all chosen with specific dishes in mind and also changes with the seasons in order to best complement the various menus. We focus entirely on wines that are sustainably farmed, boasting bio-dynamic, organic and vegan properties.  Our commitment to sustainable luxury continues in the bar and restaurant with flowers and garnishes from our own gardens to complement the home-grown produce used in our kitchen. 

Dundons’ Champagne Seafood Bar offers a fantastic alternative to the main restaurant. Informal relaxed dining with a menu that offers some ingenious modern twists on traditional dishes are the order of the day here. Dine al fresco on the terrace in the summer or fireside in the winter. Again the menu changes to reflect the changing seasons so you can expect hearty Fisherman’s Pie and Haddock Smokies off the Winter Menu while the Summer Menu offers lighter fare such as the Old-Fashioned Crab Cocktail or Dunbrody Strawberries with Crushed Gooey Meringue & Freshly made Eldewflower IceCream.
